Integrative Performance
Nutritionist

Helping athletes, teams, and organisations create the conditions to perform, feel, and live at their best.

A Human Approach to Performance

I am a Registered Dietitian, Performance Nutritionist and Integrative Physiologist with over 10 years of experience across elite sport and high-performance environments.

From professional cycling and football to youth athlete development, education, and consultancy, every experience has reinforced the same belief: lasting health and performance are never built through one single factor. They emerge when we understand the person behind them.

That perspective has shaped the way I work today—combining scientific evidence with a personalised approach that considers physiology, recovery, behaviour, communication, and the wider context in which people live, train, and perform.

Worked with:

  • Netcompany INEOS Cycling Team

  • Tudor Pro Cycling Team

  • Deportivo Alavés FC

  • Liverpool Ladies FC

  • Apex2100 Ski Academy

  • IOC Youth Programme

  • NEOM

Translating complex science into practical, meaningful strategies for athletes, teams and organisations.

What Guides My Work

A personalised approach to health and performance, grounded in science and shaped by the person behind the goal.

Evidence

Science is the foundation of every decision, translated into clear and practical strategies.

Every athlete, team and environment is unique, strategies must adapt to real demands and individual realities.

THE INDIVIDUAL

Health and performance emerge from the interaction between physiology, behaviour and the environment around us.
